SRY Dream Destinations LLC provides tourism and travel-related services worldwide, including but not limited to guided tours, dinner cruises, private transfers, and other travel experiences. Some Services may be fulfilled directly by us, and others through third-party operators, guides, or partner platforms such as Viator and TripAdvisor.

2Bookings

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
• You are responsible for providing accurate information, including names, contact details, and passport/ID information where required, at the time of booking.
• A booking is only confirmed once you receive written confirmation from us or the relevant platform.
• Prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and may vary by booking channel.

3Payment

• Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking, as specified for each Service.
• We use third-party payment processors to handle transactions securely. We do not store full payment card details.
• All fees, taxes, and surcharges applicable to your booking will be disclosed prior to payment where possible.

4Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund terms vary by Service and are set out in our separate Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please review it carefully before booking.

5Traveler Responsibilities

By booking with us, you agree to:

• Arrive on time at designated pickup points
• Comply with local laws, safety instructions, and operator or guide directions
• Hold valid travel documents, visas, and insurance as required for your trip
• Behave respectfully toward guides, staff, and fellow travelers

We reserve the right to refuse service or remove a participant from a tour or transfer for unsafe, unlawful, or disruptive conduct, without refund.

6Third-Party Services

Some Services are provided or fulfilled by third-party operators, guides, drivers, or vessels not owned by SRY Dream Destinations LLC. We select partners with reasonable care but are not liable for the acts, omissions, or negligence of independent third parties, except as required by applicable law.

7Changes and Cancellations by Us

We reserve the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel a tour, cruise, or transfer due to weather, safety concerns, insufficient participation, operational issues, or events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure). Where we cancel a Service, we will offer a rescheduled date or a refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.

8Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—including text, images, logos, and branding—is owned by or licensed to SRY Dream Destinations LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without our prior written consent.

9Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SRY Dream Destinations LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or participation in any Service, including but not limited to travel delays, personal injury, loss of belongings, or trip interruptions, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

10Travel Risk Acknowledgment

Travel and tourism activities, including cruises, tours, and transfers, carry inherent risks. By booking a Service, you acknowledge and accept these risks. See our separate Disclaimer for further detail.

11Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, and, where applicable to services rendered in Thailand, the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site or booking of Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
